We were approached by the iconic De Montfort Hall in Leicester to undertake the mass overhaul of both stage lift systems.
Nestled at the edge of the city’s leafy Victoria Park, De Montfort Hall has acted as a cultural beacon for the people of Leicester, Leicestershire and beyond for nearly 110 years. The hall is a multi-purpose arts and entertainment venue presenting a wide-ranging programme of performances that includes live music, comedy, family shows, dance and classical concerts.
As part of an ongoing improvement programme, Safe Stage Services are implementing a full replacement of the drive systems and central control system. The drive system is being replaced with Link Lift Technology to provide a more robust, reliable and low maintenance option enabling cost savings for the venue for the coming years.
